My research focuses on prediction modelling using biomarkers to improve healthcare outcomes through advanced statistical techniques. I work at the intersection of biomarker science and precision medicine where I develop and refine models that improve disease prediction and patient care, advancing diagnostic accuracy and optimising treatment strategies.

Development and validation of prognostic models integrating biomarker data to improve disease prediction and patient outcomes. This work applies regression models and machine learning techniques to real-world clinical datasets, with a focus on translating findings into clinically actionable tools that support clinical interventions.
This project is based on a multinational and regional assisted reproductive technology (ART) registry for Africa, focusing on providing information on the number, practices, and outcomes of ART procedures undertaken in Africa
